Conditioning Camp at Midwood Martial Arts

Midwood Martial Arts & Family Fitness Center is starting up a conditioning camp next week:

You asked for it, you got it!

We have scheduled a five week session of early morning workouts for the summer.

Conditioning Camp (not a boot camp so we won’t be yelling at you) to build strength, cardio capacity, endurance and flexibility, on Tuesdays from 6-7am.
Meets July 5, 12, 19, 26 and August 2.

$80 ($70 for full-time students or senior citizens) or five classes from your MMA & FFC package.

We will need four students registered to hold this class and will cap it at eight so everyone gets plenty of attention. Please contact us for more info or to register.

    Martial arts would
    be a very good form of exercise, but we have to make sure that we are not
    overexerting. Keep in mind that too much force on the muscles will result to
    complications. And it is also for self defense.
