Lotus Thai

Lotus Thai is fairly highly rated on yelp, so my husband and I finally made the trip there.
The decor is lovely:
We particularly liked the lighting fixtures:
We shared the duck buns as an appetizer – the bread is similar in texture to Chinese steamed buns, and the duck and vegetable filling was light and excellent.
I ordered the chicken pad see euw, which was smoky and had a good noodles to everything else ratio.
My husband ordered the red curry, which was mild.
We also ordered a Happy Buddha cocktail, which was delicious, despite the probably sacrilegious straw placement.
They are eager to promote their business, between participating in the CBS Local offers program and offering a chance to win a complimentary mean for two and Spiderman tickets on their facebook page. I was told they were busiest on Friday and Saturday nights, due to the bar and their DJ. Becoming a fan on facebook will also get you a free Buddha mug.
